The Day is Today

Welcome to Healthy Lifestyle Today, the one place on the web dedicated to helping you achieve health — today.  I am excited to offer ideas and tips of how you can start living healthy — today.  Because New Year’s resolution or gym memberships don’t usually translate into health, let’s look at another way to make achieving health simpler.

Achieving, or in some cases, repairing health as a whole is a complex and intricate process — many parts and processes are involved and must perform efficiently together.  The mindset that learning how to orchestrate the intricacies of health is one that can be learned and mastered in a few minutes is a fallacy.  Achieving health is a progressive experience — health is achieved one step at a time. So let’s move one step closer to the goal of health each day — today.

I think the biggest problem with New Years resolutions is that we make too many to keep track of, it is much easier to focus on one or two goals at a time than have a massive list of things we need to improve upon.

It is true that getting healthy is done in steps. It is so important that we start now, or else we may never start. Thanks for posting!

I like your idea about moving one step at a time. I think that a lot of people give up on exercising and eating healthy because they try to do everything at once, and then just give up all together because it was too hard.

This is an excellently motivational post! “Today” is one of those things I have trouble with sometimes, but the concept of not delaying is an important one for actually accomplishing goals.
